Program:

Arrival at Sirdal Huskyfarm at 09:00. Here we get to know each other and get to test the shooting qualities of clay pigeons. We drive together to Heiestøl, Øyarvatn by Suleskarvegen approx. 45 min. Here we hunt directly from the parking space into Sigurdsheller, where we will spend the night, approx. 4 km. Luggage and other equipment are transported by boat to the cabin. At Sigurdsheller there will be dinner, good hunting talk and stories in the evening.

Sigurdshells, which are used for accommodation, are old cozy cabins with history “in the walls” and they are part of the “Heiberg culture”, which we will tell you more about. The cabins are well equipped, but without electricity and with an outdoor toilet. The cabins were permanently protected by the National Antiquities in 2017.
The cabins are located in the middle of the terrain, which is in excess of 20,000 da. The terrain varies from approx. 850 – 1150 m above sea level. and is easily accessible. Here we can find both black grouse and mountain grouse. There are fishing opportunities in Øyarvatn.

Bring: lunch for the 1st day, sleeping bag, own weapon and ammunition, hunter’s test certificate, weapon card, suitable clothing for hunting in depending on the weather forecast and shifts.

Price: NOK 3,250, which includes 2 nights’ accommodation and food.
